Abstract:
Asaprovincerichinnaturalresources,HunanProvincehasbeenacceleratingitseconomicdevelopmentbyeffectivelyutilizingtheseresources.However,resourceutilizationoftenleadstoenvironmentaldegradationandecologicaldamage.Toaddresstheseissues,thispaperfocusesonexploringtheconstructionofanenhancedcompensationandecologicalcompensationsystemforresourceutilizationinHunanProvince.Byexaminingthecurrentstateofresourceutilization,identifyingthechallengesanddeficienciesintheexistingsystem,anddrawinglessonsfromsuccessfulcasesbothdomesticallyandinternationally,thisstudyputsforwardasetofpracticalrecommendationstoimprovethesystemandensuresustainabledevelopmentintheprovince.

HunanProvinceisknownforitsabundantnaturalresources,includingminerals,land,water,andforests,whichhaveplayedasignificantroleinsupportingeconomicgrowthandimprovingpeople'slivelihoods.However,resourceutilizationoftenleadstonegativeenvironmentalimpactssuchasdeforestation,soilerosion,waterpollution,andhabitatdestruction.Itisessentialtoestablishacomprehensivecompensationandecologicalcompensationsystemtomitigateandreversethesedetrimentaleffectsandensuresustainabledevelopment.
