Abstract:
Theuseofadhesivesinthemanufacturingofphotonicdeviceshasbecomeincreasinglyprevalentinrecentyears.Thispaperaimstohighlighttheessentialrolethatadhesivesplayintheassembly,packaging,andintegrationofphotoniccomponents.Thepropertiesandrequirementsofadhesives,suchasopticaltransparency,thermalstability,andmechanicalstrength,areexploredindetail.Variousadhesivebondingtechniquesandtheirapplicationsinoptoelectronicdeviceassembly,fiberopticnetworks,andphotovoltaicsystemsarediscussed.Furthermore,thechallengesandfutureprospectsforadhesivetechnologyinthefieldofphotonicdevicesareoutlined.
1.Introduction:
