BMS中基于TC265芯片的CAN通信模块设计 Introduction: Nowadays,theuseofelectricvehicles(EV)hasbecomeincreasinglypopularduetotheireco-friendlinessandcostefficiency.Withtheincreasingdemandforelectricvehicles,ithasbecomeequallyimportanttofocusondevelopingefficientbatterymanagementsystems(BMS)toensurethesafetyandlongevityofthebattery.TheBMSisanelectronicsystemthatmanagesthebatteryofanEV,includingmonitoringthebattery'sstateofhealth(SOH),stateofcharge(SOC),andstateoffunction(SOF)aswellasprovidingprotectionmechanismagainst,overcharge,undercharge,andthermalrunaway.OneofthecriticalcomponentsoftheBMSsystemisthecommunicationmodulethatfacilitatescommunicationbetweenthebatteryandotherelectronicmodules. Thecommunicationmoduleisusedtotransmitdatafromvarioussensorsthatareconnectedtothebattery,suchasthecurrent/voltagesensors,temperaturesensors,amongothers,tothecentralcontrolunit.ThemostwidelyusedcommunicationprotocolsforBMSsaretheControllerAreaNetwork(CAN),whichisamulti-master,message-basedprotocol,andtheBatteryManagementSystem(BMS),whichisanewstandardforBMScommunication.ThispaperwillfocusonthedesignandimplementationofaCAN-basedcommunicationmoduleforBMSsusingtheTC265chip. DesignandImplementation: Inthissection,wewilldiscussthedesignandimplementationofaCAN-basedcommunicationmoduleforBMSsusingtheTC265chip.TheTC265isapowerfulmicrocontrollerunit(MCU)developedbyInfineonTechnologiesAG.Ithasahighclockfrequencyof200MHzandcomeswithaninbuiltCANcontrollerandtransceiver.Thefollowingstepsweretakenindesigningandimplementingthecommunicationmodule: Step1:ChoosetheTC265chip: TheTC265chipwasselectedduetoitshigh-performancecapability,relativelow-cost,andpowerfulinbuiltCANcontrollerandtransceiver. Step2:Chipconfiguration: Afterselectingthechip,thenextstepwastoconfigureittosuittheBMSapplication.Theconfigurationstepinvolvestheselectionoftheclockfrequency,settingtheBaudrate,configuringtheCANcontrollersettings,andconfiguringtheinterrupthandlingmechanism.
