2015-2018年江苏省南通市某区公共场所卫生监测结果分析
Introduction
Publicplacesareareaswherelargenumbersofpeopleconvergetocarryoutbusiness,social,andotheractivities.Thehygieneoftheseplacesplaysasignificantroleinensuringthehealthoftheindividualswhovisit.Inrecentyears,SouthJiangsucityofNantongCityhasrecordedanincreaseinthenumberofpublicplacessuchasschools,hospitalsandthelike.Assuch,thereisneedtomonitorthecleanlinessandhygieneoftheseareas.Thisstudyaimstoanalyzetheresultsofpublicplacehealthsurveillanceinthedistrictbetween2015and2018.
Methodology
Tocarryoutthisstudy,datawerecollectedfromthePublicHealthSurveillanceStationinthedistrict.Thesurveillanceteamusedastandardizedformtocollectinformationonhygieneinspectionsinarangeofpublicareassuchashospitals,schools,markets,andfoodoutlets.Theteamcarriedoutinspectionstwiceayear,andthedatawererecordedandcompiledintoadatabaseforanalysis.
Results
Between2015and2018,thesurveillanceteamcarriedouthygieneinspectionsinvariouspublicareasacrossthedistrict.Thedatashowedthatschoolshadthehighestrate(7.04%)ofunsatisfactoryconditionsin2015,followedbyhospitals(5.65%)andthenfoodoutlets(4.93%).However,in2016,therateofunsatisfactoryconditionsinhospitalsroseto6.47%,makinghospitalsthepublicplacewiththemostunsatisfactorysanitaryconditions.
In2017,schoolshadthehighestrate(4.78%)ofunsatisfactoryconditions,followedbyhotelsandrestaurants(4.14%).Foodmarketshadthelowestrate(1.89%)ofunsatisfactoryconditionsin2017.Itisimportanttonotethatoverall,therewasadecreasingtrendintherateofunsatisfactoryconditionsinpublicareasacrossthedistrictbetween2015and2018.
Discussion
Theresultsofthisstudysuggestthatpublicareassuchasschools,hospitals,andfoodoutletsarepronetounsatisfactorysanitaryconditions.Schoolshavethehighestrateofunsatisfactoryconditionsin2015and2017.However,in2016,hospitalsrecordedthehighestrateofunsatisfactoryconditions.Theincreasedrateofunsatisfactoryconditionsinhospitalsin2016couldbeattributedtotheincreasingnumberofpatientsseekinghealthservicesinthedistrict.
