Abstract:
ThispaperaimstoanalyzetheinfectionstatusofHeterorhabditisbacteriophora,atypeofnematodeparasite,infreshseafishinLiaoningProvincefrom2012to2018.Thestudyisessentialtounderstandtheprevalenceofthisparasiticinfectionanditsimpactontheseafoodindustryandpublichealth.Datacollectedfromvarioussourceswereanalyzedtodeterminetheinfectionrate,affectedfishspecies,geographicaldistribution,andpotentialcontrolmeasures.TheresultsdemonstratetheneedforeffectivepreventionandcontrolstrategiestomitigatetheimpactofHeterorhabditisbacteriophorainfectionsinfreshseafish.
Introduction:
Heterorhabditisbacteriophoraisatypeofnematodeparasitecommonlyfoundinthemarineenvironment.Thisparasiteisknowntoinfectvariousfishspeciesandcancauseconsiderableeconomiclossesintheseafoodindustry.InLiaoningProvince,whichislocatedinnortheasternChinaandhasasignificantcoastline,theprevalenceofHeterorhabditisbacteriophorainfectionsinfreshseafishhasgainedattentioninrecentyears.Thispaperaimstoanalyzetheinfectionstatusofthisparasiteinfreshseafishfrom2012to2018inLiaoningProvince.
Methods:
Thedataforthisstudywerecollectedfromvarioussources,includinggovernmentagencies,researchinstitutions,andseafoodindustryassociationsinLiaoningProvince.Thecollecteddataincludedinformationontheinfectionrate,affectedfishspecies,geographicaldistribution,andcontrolmeasuresimplementedduringthestudyperiod.ThedatawereanalyzedusingstatisticalmethodstodeterminethetrendsandpatternsinHeterorhabditisbacteriophorainfectionsinfreshseafish.
Results:
TheanalysisofthecollecteddatarevealedthatHeterorhabditisbacteriophorainfectionsinfreshseafishinLiaoningProvinceshowedafluctuatingtrendfrom2012to2018.Theinfectionraterangedfrom5%to20%,withslightvariationsbetweenyears.Themostaffectedfishspecieswerefoundtobecommonlyconsumedvarietiessuchasmackerel,yellowcroaker,andhairtail.Geographically,theinfectionhotspotswereobservedinc
