一种检测亚硫酸氢根的苯并咪唑类荧光增强型探针及其实际应用(英文) Title:ABenzoimidazole-basedFluorescence-enhancedProbeforDetectionofBisulfiteandItsPracticalApplication Introduction: Bisulfiteisanimportantsubstancethatiswidelyusedinvariousfieldssuchasfoodpreservation,pharmaceuticalindustry,anddisinfection.However,excessiveintakeofbisulfitecanleadtoserioushealthproblems,suchasrespiratorydiseasesandskinirritation.Therefore,thedevelopmentofahighlysensitiveandspecificmethodfordetectingbisulfiteisurgentlyneeded.Fluorescenceprobeshaveattractedmuchattentioninrecentyearsduetotheiradvantagesofhighsensitivity,simplicity,andlowcost.Herein,wereportonthedevelopmentofanovelfluorescence-enhancedprobebasedonbenzoimidazoleforthedetectionofbisulfiteanditspracticalapplication. Experimental: Firstly,thebenzoimidazole-basedprobewassynthesizedthroughasimpleone-stepreactionbetween4-(benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)benzaldehydeand3-aminophenol.Thefluorescencepropertiesoftheprobeanditsinteractionwithbisulfitewerestudiedusingfluorescencespectroscopy.Theresultsshowedthatthefluorescenceoftheprobewassignificantlyenhancedupontheadditionofbisulfiteduetotheformationofabisulfite-inducedring-openingreaction. Theselectivityoftheprobeforbisulfitewasalsoinvestigatedbyaddingvariousinterferingsubstancessuchasmetalions,anions,andaminoacids.Theresultsindicatedthattheprobeexhibitedhighselectivityforbisulfitewithoutinterferencefromothersubstances. Toevaluatethepracticalapplicationoftheprobe,wetesteditsperformanceindetectingbisulfiteinrealsamplessuchaswineandjuice.Theresultsshowedthattheprobecouldefficientlydetectbisulfiteinthesesamples,indicatingitspracticalusefulness. Discussion: Thebenzoimidazole-basedfluorescence-enhancedprobewedevelopedisahighlysensitiveandselectivemethodfordetectingbisulfite.Theprobeissimpletosynthesizeandeasytooperate,makingitapromisingcandidateforpracticalapplicationindetectingbisulfiteinvariousfields.Thebisulfite-inducedring-openingreactionoftheprobeprovidesauniqueandsensitivesignaltransductionmechanismthatenablestheprobetose
