Organosiliconcompoundsarewidelyusedinvariousindustriesduetotheiruniquechemicalandphysicalproperties.However,understandingandevaluatingtheirthermalstabilityiscrucialfortheirsuccessfulapplication.Thispaperpresentsanexperimentalanalysisofthethermalstabilityoforganosiliconproducts,focusingontheirdecompositionbehavior,volatileproductformation,andchangesinmolecularstructure.Theresultsobtainedprovidevaluableinsightsintotheheatresistanceofthesecompounds,aidinginoptimizingtheirsynthesisprocessesandensuringtheirsafeapplication.
1.Introduction
Organosiliconcompounds,alsoknownassilicon-basedorganiccompounds,havegarneredimmenseinterestinrecentyearsduetotheirdiverseapplicationsinelectronics,coatings,adhesives,andbiomedicalfields.Thesecompoundsexhibitremarkablecharacteristics,includinghighthermalstability,excellentelectricalinsulationproperties,andresistancetochemicaldegradation.However,theirthermalstabilityisacriticalfactorinfluencingtheirperformance,asexcessiveheatcanleadtothedecompositionofthecompound,whichcangenerateundesiredproductsandcompromisethematerial'sintegrity.Therefore,studyingthethermalstabilityoforganosiliconproductsisessentialtoassesstheirsuitabilityfordifferentapplicationsandtoimprovetheirsynthesisandprocessingmethods.
