亲水性丁香菌酯分子印迹微球的制备、表征与吸附性能的研究 Title:Preparation,Characterization,andAdsorptionPerformanceofHydrophilicMolecularlyImprintedMicrospheresforEugenolEsters Abstract: Thedevelopmentofmolecularlyimprintedpolymers(MIPs)withhighselectivityandaffinityfortargetmoleculeshasgainedsignificantattentioninthefieldofadsorptiontechnology.Inthisstudy,hydrophilicmolecularlyimprintedmicrospheresforeugenolesterswerepreparedandcharacterized.Theadsorptionperformanceofthesynthesizedmicrosphereswasinvestigated. 1.Introduction: Eugenolesters,atypeofnaturalflavorcompoundfoundinvariousplants,possessexcellentantimicrobial,antioxidant,andanti-inflammatoryproperties.Thesecompoundshavegainedconsiderableimportanceinthefoodandpharmaceuticalindustries.However,theseparationandpurificationofeugenolestersfromcomplexmixturesremainchallenging.Molecularlyimprintedpolymers(MIPs)offerapotentialsolutionfortheselectiveextractionandseparationofeugenolesters. 2.ExperimentalSection: 2.1Materials: Thematerialsusedforthepreparationofhydrophilicmolecularlyimprintedmicrospheresincludedeugenolesters(templatemolecule),acrylamide(monomer),N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide(cross-linker),ammoniumpersulfate(initiator),methacrylicacid(functionalmonomer),ethyleneglycoldimethacrylate(porogen),andcyclohexane(solvent). 2.2PreparationofHydrophilicMolecularlyImprintedMicrospheres: Thehydrophilicmolecularlyimprintedmicrosphereswerepreparedfollowingaprecipitationpolymerizationmethod.Theeugenolesterswerefirstdissolvedinmethacrylicacidandthenmixedwithacrylamide,N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide,andethyleneglycoldimethacrylate.Themixturewasthenaddedtoacyclohexanesolutioncontainingammoniumpersulfate.Thepolymerizationreactionwasinitiatedbyheatingthesolutionataspecifictemperatureforacertainperiod.Finally,theobtainedmolecularlyimprintedmicrosphereswerewashedanddried. 2.3Characterization: ThesynthesizedhydrophilicmolecularlyimprintedmicrosphereswerecharacterizedusingvarioustechniquessuchasFourier-transforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR),scanningelectronmicrosc
