二甲基亚砜溶液法制备聚苯胺聚偏二氯乙烯复合材料及其介电性能研究 Abstract: Inthispaper,poly(aniline-co-polydichloroethylene)(PANI/PDCE)compositematerialsweresynthesizedbythesolutionmethodwithdimethylsulfoxide(DMSO)asthesolvent.Theelectricalpropertiesofthecompositematerialswereinvestigated.TheresultsshowedthatthePANI/PDCEcompositematerialsexhibitedimproveddielectricpropertiescomparedtopurePDCE.Thedielectricconstantanddielectriclossofthecompositematerialsweremeasuredandanalyzed.TheeffectsoftheweightratioofPANItoPDCEandtheconcentrationofthePANIsolutiononthedielectricpropertieswerestudied.ThePANI/PDCEcompositematerialshadpotentialapplicationsinthefieldsofelectronicsandcommunication. 1.Introduction Polyaniline(PANI)isanorganicconductingpolymerthathasreceivedextensiveattentionduetoitsuniqueelectricalandopticalproperties.Itiswidelyusedinthefieldsofsensors,batteries,capacitors,andelectronicdevices.However,thepoorprocessabilityandmechanicalpropertiesofPANIlimititspracticalapplications.Toovercometheselimitations,PANIcanbeblendedwithotherpolymerstoformcompositematerials,whichcancombinetheadvantagesofbothcomponents. Polydichloroethylene(PDCE)isaninsulatingpolymerwithgoodthermalstabilityandmechanicalstrength.BycombiningPDCEwithPANI,thecompositematerialsmayexhibitimprovedelectricalproperties,makingthempotentialcandidatesfordielectricmaterials. 2.Experimental 2.1SynthesisofPANI/PDCEcompositematerials ThePANI/PDCEcompositematerialsweresynthesizedbythesolutionmethod.Firstly,anilinemonomerandPDCEweredissolvedindimethylsulfoxide(DMSO)toformahomogeneoussolution.Thenammoniumpersulfate(APS)wasaddedastheoxidanttoinitiatethepolymerizationofaniline.Thereactionwascarriedoutunderstirringatroomtemperaturefor24hours.Theobtainedcompositematerialswerewashedwithdeionizedwateranddriedinavacuumoven. 2.2Characterization ThechemicalstructureofthePANI/PDCEcompositematerialswascharacterizedbyFourier-transforminfraredspectroscopy(FT-IR).ThemorphologyanddispersionofPANIinthecompositematerialswereobservedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM).
