偶联剂处理滑石粉填充聚乙烯薄膜的研究 Title:StudyontheTreatmentofTalcumPowderFilledPolyethyleneFilmswithCouplingAgents Abstract: Polyethylene(PE)filmsarewidelyusedinvariousindustriesduetotheirexcellentmechanicalpropertiesandchemicalinertness.However,theincorporationoftalcumpowderasafillerinPEfilmscanenhancetheirflexibilityandreducematerialcosts.ThemainchallengeinusingtalcumpowderasafilleristhepoorcompatibilitywiththePEmatrix,whichleadstoweakinterfacialbondingandinferiormechanicalproperties.Toaddressthisissue,thepresentstudyfocusesoninvestigatingtheuseofcouplingagentstoimprovethecompatibilitybetweentalcumpowderandPEfilms.Theeffectsofvariouscouplingagentsonthephysicalandmechanicalpropertiesoftheresultingcompositefilmswereevaluated.TheresultsofthisstudyrevealthepotentialofcouplingagentsinenhancingtheperformanceoftalcumpowderfilledPEfilms. 1.Introduction Polyethylene(PE)isawidelyusedthermoplasticmaterialduetoitsexcellentmechanicalproperties,chemicalinertness,andlowcost.IncorporatingfillersintoPEcanfurtherimproveitsperformanceandreducematerialcosts.Talcumpowder,anaturalmineralcomposedofhydratedmagnesiumsilicate,isonesuchfillerthatcanbeutilizedinPEfilms.Talcumpowdercanenhancetheflexibilityandimpactresistanceofthefilms.However,thepoorcompatibilitybetweentalcumpowderandPEmatrixhindersthedevelopmentofhigh-performancecompositefilms.Thisstudyaimstoexplorethepotentialofcouplingagentsinaddressingthecompatibilityissue. 2.CouplingAgents Couplingagentsaremoleculesthatcanchemicallybondwithboththefillersurfaceandthepolymermatrix,improvingtheinterfacialinteractionandcompatibilitybetweenthem.Varioustypesofcouplingagentshavebeendeveloped,suchassilanes,titanates,andmaleicanhydridegraftedpolymers.Theseagentscanpromoteadhesion,reduceagglomeration,andimprovethedispersionoffillersinthepolymermatrix. 3.ExperimentalMethodology 3.1MaterialPreparation PEfilmswithdifferentconcentrationsoftalcumpowderwerepreparedusingatwin-screwextruder.Variouscouplingagentswereselected,andtheirconcentrationswereoptimizedthroughapre
