Abstract:
Theaccuratedetectionofpressureinvariousindustrialapplicationsisofparamountimportance.Fiber-opticFabry-Perot(F-P)pressuresensorshavegainedsignificantattentionduetotheirhighsensitivity,fastresponsetime,andimmunitytoelectromagneticinterference.OneofthechallengesinutilizingF-Ppressuresensorsistheextractionofthepulsationsignal,whichisoftensuperimposedonthestaticpressuresignal.
ThispaperfocusesontheapplicationoftheL-Tjointalgorithmintheanalysisanddetectionofthepulsationsignalinfiber-opticF-Ppressuresensors.TheL-TalgorithmcombinesthebenefitsofboththeLaplacetransform(L-transform)andthetime-domainanalysis(T-analysis)toaccuratelyidentifyandextractthepulsationcomponentsfromtheoverallpressuresignal.
