基于MC-ICP-MS测定水中铀同位素比值的富集方式对比研究 Abstract: Inthisstudy,wecomparedtwoenrichmentmethodsforthedeterminationofuraniumisotopicratioinwaterusingMC-ICP-MS.Theaimofthisresearchwastoidentifythemethodthatprovidesthemostaccurateandpreciseresults.Thetwomethodscomparedwereliquid-liquidextraction(LLE)andsolid-phaseextraction(SPE).Theresultsshowedthatbothmethodsarecapableofeffectivelyenrichingandmeasuringuraniumisotopes,buttheSPEmethodexhibitedhigheraccuracyandprecision.Therefore,werecommendtheuseofSPEforthedeterminationofuraniumisotopicratioinwatersamples. 1.Introduction Uraniumisanaturallyoccurringradioactiveelementthatcanbefoundinvariousgeologicalformations.Duetoitspotentialhealthrisks,itisimportanttoaccuratelydetermineitsisotopicratioinwatersamples.Theisotopicratioofuraniumcanprovidevaluableinformationaboutitssourcesandtransportintheenvironment.MC-ICP-MSisacommonlyusedtechniqueforthedeterminationofuraniumisotopicratioduetoitshighsensitivityandprecision. 2.Methods 2.1SampleCollection Watersampleswerecollectedfromvarioussources,includingrivers,lakes,andgroundwater.Thesampleswerestoredinacid-washedpolyethylenebottlestominimizecontamination. 2.2Liquid-LiquidExtraction(LLE) TheLLEmethodinvolvedtheextractionofuraniumusingasolventsystemcomposedofdiethyletherandtri-n-butylphosphate.Thewatersamplewasacidifiedwithhydrochloricacidandmixedwiththesolventsystem.Theuraniuminthewatersamplepartitionedintotheorganicphase,whileimpuritiesremainedintheaqueousphase.Theorganicphasewasthencollectedanddriedforanalysis. 2.3Solid-PhaseExtraction(SPE) TheSPEmethodutilizedasolidsorbentmaterialtoselectivelybindandretainuranium.ThewatersamplewaspassedthroughaSPEcartridgecontainingaresinwithhighaffinityforuranium.Thecartridgewasthenwashedtoremoveimpurities,andtheuraniumwaselutedwithasuitableeluent.Theeluatewascollectedanddriedforanalysis. 3.ResultsandDiscussion Theuraniumisotopicratiosobtainedfrombothmethodswerecompared.TheresultsshowedthattheSPEmethodconsistentlyprovidedhigheraccuracyandprecisioncomparedtothe
