Abstract:
SolidStateDrives(SSDs)havebecomeanintegralpartofmoderncomputingsystems,offeringhigh-performance,low-latency,andreliabledatastorage.TheperformanceandreliabilityofanSSDheavilydependonthequalityofitscontrollerchip.Therefore,thoroughtestingofSSDcontrollerchipsiscrucialtoensuretheirproperfunctioning.Inthispaper,weproposemethodsforplatformmigrationandtestvectorconversiontoenhancetheefficiencyandeffectivenessofSSDcontrollerchiptesting.Thesemethodsprovideasystematicapproachtoseamlesslytransferthetestingplatformandconverttestvectorsbetweendifferenthardwareandsoftwareenvironments.Theeffectivenessoftheproposedmethodsisdemonstratedthroughexperimentsandanalysis.
1.Introduction:
SolidStateDrives(SSDs)haverevolutionizedthedatastoragelandscapebyreplacingtraditionalharddiskdrives(HDDs)invariouscomputingsystems.AcrucialcomponentofanSSDisitscontrollerchip,whichmanagesdatastorage,errorcorrection,wearleveling,andothercriticaloperations.Toensurethereliability,performance,andcompatibilityofSSDs,itisimperativetoconductcomprehensivetestingofthecontrollerchip.
2.ChallengesinSSDControllerChipTesting:
