Abstract:
Withtherapiddevelopmentoftechnology,thedemandforintelligentdevicesisalsoincreasing.Inthispaper,thedesignofanintelligentspiralpelletbasedonsingle-chipmicrocomputercontrolisdiscussed.Thepaperintroducestheprincipleofthespiralconveyorsystem,andthenpointsouttheadvantagesofusingasingle-chipmicrocomputerforcontrol.Inaddition,thedesignofthespiralpelletisexplainedindetail,includingthehardwaredesignandsoftwaredesign.Finally,theexperimentresultsaregiven,whichverifiesthefeasibilityandeffectivenessofthedesign.
Introduction:
Spiralconveyorisakindofmechanicaldevicewhichcantransportmaterialscontinuouslyandstably.Itiswidelyusedinvariousfields,suchasfoodprocessing,chemicalindustry,andmining.However,thetraditionalspiralconveyorhassomeproblemssuchaslowefficiencyandinconvenientoperation.Therefore,itisnecessarytodesignanintelligentspiralconveyortoimprovetheperformanceofthetraditionalone.
Single-chipmicrocomputerisakindofintegratedcircuitwhichintegratesthefunctionsofCPU,memory,andperipheraldevices.Ithastheadvantagesofsmallsize,lowpowerconsumption,andstrongscalability.Therefore,itisverysuitabletobeusedasthecontrolsystemoftheintelligentspiralconveyor.
Designofthespiralpellet:
Thespiralpelletdesignedinthispaperconsistsofaspiralshaft,amotor,aspeedreducer,asupportframe,andasingle-chipmicrocomputercontrolsystem.Thespiralshaftisusedtotransportmaterials,andthemotorandspeedreducerprovidepowerforthespiralshaft.Thesupportframeisusedtofixtheshaftandprotectthemotorandspeedreducer.Thesingle-chipmicrocomputercontrolsystemisusedtocontrolthespeedanddirectionofthemotor.
Hardwaredesign:
Thehardwaredesignofthespiralpelletincludestheselectionofmotor,speedreducer,andsingle-chipmicrocomputer.ThemotorselectedinthisdesignisaDCmotorwithavoltageof12Vandapowerof2W.Thespeedreducerselectedisaplanetarygearreducerwithareductionratioof1:50.Thesingle-chipmicrocomputerselectedisSTM32F103C8T6,whichisalow-powermicrocontrollerwithrichperipheralfunctions.
