Introduction: Thin-filmtransistors(TFTs)playakeyroleinmodernelectronics,actingasthebasicbuildingblocksforvariouselectronicdevicessuchasdisplays,sensors,andintegratedcircuits.AchievinghighperformanceinTFTsreliesonthedevelopmentofmaterialswithsuperiorelectronicproperties,particularlyintermsofcarriermobilityandon-offratio.WhiletraditionalTFTmaterialslikeamorphoussiliconandorganicsemiconductorshavemadesignificantprogress,thereisacontinuousneedfornewsemiconductingmaterialswithenhancedperformance. MXenesareapromisingclassof2Dmaterialsthathaverecentlyemergedaspotentialcandidatesforhigh-performanceelectronicdevices.Thesematerialspossessuniquepropertiessuchashighelectricalconductivity,excellentmechanicalflexibility,andchemicalstability.MXenesarecomposedoftransitionmetalcarbidesornitrides,whichcanbeeffectivelydelaminatedinto2Dlayeredstructures.Theexfoliationprocessresultsinahighspecificsurfacearea,whichfacilitateschargecarriertransportintheMXenelayers. Methods: Inthisstudy,wepreparedbilayerMXenethinfilmsusingasimpleandscalablesolution-basedmethod.TheMXeneflakesweredispersedinasolvent,andtheresultingsuspensionwasdrop-castontoasubstrateandthenannealedtoformathinfilm.ThebilayerstructurewasachievedbysequentiallydepositingtwoMXenelayerswithdifferentcompositions.ThisbilayerconfigurationhasbeenfoundtoenhanceelectrontransportinMXene
