Abstract：
Withtherapiddevelopmentofspacetechnology,thespaceindustryhasbecomeapillarindustrythatpromotesnationaleconomicandsocialprogress.TheJeilong-1microsatelliteisatypicalrepresentativeofsmallsatellitesystems.ThesuccessofJeilong-1dependsonahighlevelofsystemengineeringmanagement.Inthispaper,weproposeacardmodel-basedsystemengineeringmethodforJeilong-1microsatellitedevelopmentandapplication.WedemonstratetheapplicationofthecardmodelinJeilong-1anddiscussthebenefitsofthismethodforsystemengineering.
Introduction:
Systemengineeringisanessentialtechnicalapproachtomanagingcomplicatedspacesystems,whichincludethedesign,development,operation,andmaintenanceprocesses.Traditionalsystemsengineeringmethodshavebecomelesseffectivewiththeincreasingcomplexityofmodernspacesystems.Aneweffectiveapproach,thecardmodel-basedsystemengineeringmethod,hasbeendevelopedandhasproventobevaluableinthedesign,management,andanalysisofcomplexsystems.Thismethodhasbeenappliedsuccessfullyinvariouslarge-scalesystems,suchastheaircraftindustry,andhasrecentlybeenintroducedtothemicrosatelliteindustry.
Jeilong-1Microsatellite
Jeilong-1isatypicalmicrosatellitethatwasdesignedanddevelopedinChinain2015.TheprimarymissionofJeilong-1wastoprovideremotesensingservicesfortherapidandefficientacquisitionofhigh-resolutionimagesforvariousapplications.Jeilong-1waslaunchedsuccessfullyin2017andcontinuestooperateeffectively.
CardModel-BasedSystemEngineeringMethod
Thecardmodel-basedsystemengineeringmethodisagraphicalrepresentationtechniquethatdividescomplexsystemsintosmall,manageableelements,providingabasisfordefinition,analysis,design,andmanagementoftherequiredsubsystems.Theprocessisdividedintofourstages:conceptdevelopment,functionalanalysis,designsynthesis,andsystemanalysisandcontrol.
