Introduction Permanentmagnetmotorsarewidelyusedinvariousfieldsduetotheirhighefficiency,smallsize,andlightweight.Forrobots,theuseofpermanentmagnetmotorscanimprovetheagilityandaccuracyoftherobot'smovements.However,thepermanentmagnetmotoralsohasthedisadvantageofbeingsensitivetotemperature.Thetemperatureriseofthemotorcannotonlycausethermalexpansionanddeformation,butalsoaffectthemagneticpropertiesofthepermanentmagnetandreducethemotor'soutputpowerandefficiency.Therefore,theanalysisofthemotor'slossandtemperaturerisedistributionisofgreatsignificanceforimprovingtheperformanceandreliabilityoftherobot. Methodology Thepermanentmagnetmotorisatypicalfield-circuitcouplingsystem.Theelectromagneticfielddistributioninsidethemotorisaffectedbythecurrentandvoltageofthecircuit,andthetemperatureriseofthemotorisaffectedbythelossesgeneratedbytheelectromagneticfield.Therefore,asimulationmethodbasedonfield-circuitcouplingisusedinthisstudytoanalyzethelossandtemperatureriseofthemotor.
