Abstract:
Withthedevelopmentofdigitaltechnologies,thereisanincreasingdemandforefficientandautomatedsolutionsinpowersystemcontrolandprotection.Thispaperfocusesonthedevelopmentofanautomatedone-keysafetycontrolsystemforintelligentsubstationsbasedonSmartControlDevices(SCD).Theproposedsystemaimstoenhancetheefficiencyandreliabilityofsafetymeasuresimplementationbyautomatingtheprocessofgeneratingsafetycontrolschemes.

1.Introduction
Intelligentsubstationshaveemergedasasignificantadvancementinthepowersystemindustry.Thesesubstationsemploydigitaltechnologies,suchascommunicationnetworksandintelligentdevices,toimprovetheefficiency,reliability,andsafetyofpowersystemoperation.Safetycontrolplaysacrucialroleinthesmoothoperationofanintelligentsubstation,andthemanualgenerationofcontrolschemescanbetime-consuminganderror-prone.Therefore,thereisaneedforanautomatedsolutionthatcangeneratesafetycontrolschemeseffectivelyinintelligentsubstations.
2.SmartControlDevices(SCD)
SmartControlDevices(SCD)areintelligentdevicesusedindigitalsubstationsforcontrol,monitoring,andprotectionpurposes.SCDsarecapableofcollectingreal-timedatafromvarioussensorsandcontrollingtheequipmentwithinthesubstation.Theyhavebecomeanintegralpartofintelligentsubstationsandserveasthefoundationfortheautomatedsafetycontrolsystem.
