Abstract:
TheDistributedWide-AreaElectromagneticMethod(DWEM)isaninnovativeapproachforgeophysicalexploration,whichutilizestheconceptofhigher-order2~nsequencepseudo-randomsignals.Thispaperaimstoprovideanin-depthanalysisoftheDWEM,includingitsprinciple,advantages,andapplicationpotential.
1.Introduction
Inrecentyears,geophysicalexplorationtechniqueshaveseensignificantadvancements,andtheDWEMhasemergedasapromisingmethodforsubsurfaceimaging.TheDWEMincorporatestheuseofhigher-order2~nsequencepseudo-randomsignals,whichofferuniqueadvantagesovertraditionalrandomsignalsintermsofaccuracy,efficiency,anddatastoragecapabilities.ThispaperwillelucidatetheprinciplebehindDWEManddiscussitsapplicationindifferentscenarios.
