带间级联激光器性能对结构变化的耐受性研究(英文) ResearchontheToleranceofStructuralChangesforPerformanceofInter-stageCoupledLaserAmplifier Introduction Inter-stagecoupledlaseramplifiersrepresentakeytechnologyforhigh-powerlaserapplications,particularlyinscientificresearchandindustrialmanufacturing.Whilethistechnologyprovidesseveraladvantages,includingtheabilitytogeneratehigheroutputpowerwhilemaintaininggoodbeamquality,itissensitivetostructuralchangesthatcanaffectitsperformance.Thispaperaimstoinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenstructuralchangesandtheperformanceofinter-stagecoupledlaseramplifiers. Methodology TheresearchmethodologyinvolvedsimulationsusingCOMSOLMultiphysicssoftwaretoanalyzetheeffectsofstructuralchangesontheamplifier'sperformance.Thesimulationmodelinvolvedafour-stagelaseramplifierconstructedwithNd:YAGcrystals.Thesimulationmodelwasbasedonamasteroscillatorpoweramplifier(MOPA)configurationwhereaseedlaserandamplifierwerecoupledanddesignedtoproducemulti-kilowattpowerlevels. Initially,themodelwastestedwiththeoptimaldesignedstructuretodeterminetheoutputoftheamplifieranditsbeamquality.Afterward,fourparametricchangesweremadetotheoptimizeddesignstructuretoanalyzetheeffectofthesechangesontheoutputofthelaseramplifier.Theseparametersincluded:thechangeincrystallength,thermallensinginthecrystal,non-uniformthermalloadappliedtotheamplifier,andnon-uniformgaininthecrystal. Results Thesimulationresultsshowedthatthechangeincrystallengthhadasignificantimpactonthebeamqualityandtheoutputpoweroftheamplifier.Thebeamqualitydeteriorated,whiletheoutputpowerdecreasedby18%whenthecrystallengthchangedby10%.Thermallensingalsohadadetrimentaleffectonthebeamquality,witha40%reductionintheM2factorobservedinthesimulation.Foranon-uniformthermalload,thesimulationshowedthatthebeamqualityloweredby35%,whereasfornon-uniformgaininthecrystal,theoutputpowerreducedto16%.Itwasobservedthatthebeamqualityandoutputpowerdecreasedwithadecreaseingainintheamplifier.
