Inrecentyears,theglobalcommunityhasincreasinglyrecognizedthecriticalimportanceofenvironmentalconservation.Toaddressthepressingchallengesweface,numerousenvironmentalorganizationshaveemerged,playingapivotalroleinpromotingsustainablepracticesandadvocatingforagreenerfuture.However,effectiveleadershipwithintheseorganizationsremainsakeydriverformobilizingandempoweringcitizenstotakeaction.Thispaperaimstoexploretheimpactofparadoxicalleadershiponcitizenbehaviorwithinenvironmentalorganizations.Specifically,weinvestigatehowleaderswhoexhibitseeminglycontradictorybehaviorscaninfluenceindividuals'commitmentandengagementinenvironmentalinitiatives.
ParadoxicalLeadership:
