提高黑启动小系统频率稳定性的水电机组调速器参数优化 Title:ParameterOptimizationofHydroelectricGeneratorRegulatortoImproveFrequencyStabilityofBlack-StartSmallSystems Abstract: Inrecentyears,smallblack-startsystemshavegainedpopularityduetotheirabilitytoprovideemergencypowerduringblackouts.However,thefrequencystabilityofthesesystemsisacriticalissuethatneedstobeaddressed.Thisresearchpaperfocusesonoptimizingtheparametersofthehydroelectricgeneratorregulatortoenhancethefrequencystabilityofblack-startsmallsystems.Thestudyaimstoprovideinsightsintohowparameteroptimizationcanimprovethereliabilityandefficiencyofthesesystems. 1.Introduction: Black-startsystemsplayacrucialroleinrestoringpowersupplyafterablackout.Thesesystemsprimarilyrelyonhydroelectricgeneratorstoprovideastablefrequency.However,ensuringthestabilityoffrequencyduringblack-startoperationsisachallengingtaskduetovariationsinloaddemandandsystemdisturbances.Therefore,theparameteroptimizationofthehydroelectricgeneratorregulatorplaysasignificantroleinenhancingfrequencystability. 2.LiteratureReview: Previousresearchhasbeenconductedontheparameteroptimizationofhydroelectricgeneratorregulators.Somestudieshavefocusedonoptimizingtheproportional-integral-derivative(PID)controllerparameterstoimprovesystemresponsetoloadchanges.Othershaveexploredadvancedcontroltechniques,suchasmodelpredictivecontrol(MPC)andfuzzylogiccontrol(FLC),toachievebetterfrequencystability.However,fewstudieshavespecificallyaddressedtheoptimizationofblack-startsmallsystems. 3.Methodology: Inthisstudy,acomprehensiveoptimizationapproachisproposedtoenhancethefrequencystabilityofblack-startsmallsystems.Themethodologyinvolvesthefollowingsteps: a)Datacollectionandsystemmodeling:Theoperationaldataofthehydroelectricgeneratorandloaddemandpatternsarecollected.Amathematicalmodelofthesystemisdevelopedusingadvancedsimulationtools. b)Analysisofexistingregulatorparameters:Theexistingparametersofthehydroelectricgeneratorregulatorareanalyzedtoidentifypotentialareasforimprovement. c)Parameteroptimizatio
