1.Background:
L485Msteeltubesaremanufacturedfromlow-alloymaterialswithaminimumyieldstrengthof485MPaaccordingtooldstandards.Thesestandardsmaynotbeuptodate,sothefeasibilityofusingthesesteeltubesforhigh-pressuregaspipelinesneedstobeassessed.
