摘要：

Abstract:
Withtheprogressoftechnologyandmarketdemand,mixed-flowpumpshavebecomeawidelyusedtypeofwaterpump.Wetmotorsubmersiblemixedflowpumpisanewtypeofsubmersiblepump,whichhastheadvantagesoflargeflowrate,highlift,highefficiencyandlownoise.Inthispaper,thefullflowfieldofthewetmotorsubmersiblemixedflowpumpisanalyzedbynumericalsimulationmethod,soastoobtaintheperformanceparametersofthepump.
Firstly,thispaperbrieflyintroducesthestructureandworkingprincipleofthewetmotorsubmersiblemixedflowpump.Then,thethree-dimensionalfullflowfieldofthepumpissimulatedbynumericalsimulationsoftwareFluent,andtheperformanceindexessuchasflowrate,liftandefficiencyareanalyzedbyusingcomputationalfluiddynamicsmethod.Theresearchresultsshowthat,atacertainrotationalspeed,thewetmotorsubmersiblemixedflowpumpcanachievetheidealstateofflowrate,liftandefficiency.Atthesametime,throughtheflowfieldanalysisatdifferentspeeds,itisfoundthattheflowstateiscomplexandthevortexstructureisobviousathighspeedrotation,sotheeffectoffluiddynamicscharacteristicsshouldbenoticed.
Theresearchinthispaperprovidesareferencevalueforthedesign,optimizationandapplicationofthewetmotorsubmersiblemixedflowpump.Atthesametime,italsoprovidesacertainbasisforthetechnologicaldevelopmentofrelatedindustries.
