硝酸溶液中氧化铜矿浸出工艺参数优化及动力学模拟(英文) Title:OptimizationofProcessParametersandKineticModelingofCopperOxidativeLeachinginNitricAcidSolution Abstract: Copperextractionfromoxidizedoresisanessentialprocessinthemetallurgicalindustry.Inthisstudy,weaimedtooptimizetheprocessparametersandsimulatethekineticsofcopperleachingfromcopperoxidemineralsinanitricacidsolution.Theoptimizationofprocessparametersinvolvesinvestigatingtheeffectsofvariousfactors,suchasacidconcentration,reactiontemperature,particlesize,andagitationrate,ontheleachingefficiency.Additionally,kineticmodelingwasperformedtounderstandtheunderlyingmechanismoftheleachingprocessandpredicttheleachingbehaviorunderdifferentconditions. Introduction: Copperisanindustriallyimportantmetalwithvariousapplicationsinelectrical,automotive,andconstructionindustries.Thetraditionalmethodsofcopperextractionincludepyrometallurgicalsmeltingandhydrometallurgicalleaching.Leachingprocessesareincreasinglypreferredduetotheirlowenergyconsumptionandenvironmentalbenefits.Amongthevariousleachingagents,nitricacidhasshownpromisingresultsintheoxidativeleachingofcopperoxides. Methods: 1.SamplePreparation:Copperoxidemineralswerecollectedandfinelygroundtoobtainarepresentativesampleforexperimentation. 2.LeachingExperiments:Aseriesofleachingexperimentswereperformedbyvaryingtheprocessparameterssuchasacidconcentration,reactiontemperature,particlesize,andagitationrate.Copperextractionefficiencywasdeterminedbyanalyzingthecoppercontentintheleachsolutionusingappropriateanalyticaltechniques. 3.KineticModeling:Thekineticsofcopperleachingwerestudiedusingappropriatekineticmodels,suchasshrinkingcoremodelordiffusion-controlledmodels.Themodelparameterswereestimatedbyfittingtheexperimentaldatatothemodelequationsusingcurve-fittingalgorithms. ResultsandDiscussion: 1.ProcessParameterOptimization:Theeffectsofacidconcentration,reactiontemperature,particlesize,andagitationrateonthecopperextractionefficiencywereevaluated.Optimalconditionsweredeterminedbasedonthehighestcopperrecovery
