碳化硅纳米线增韧碳化硅纤维碳化硅基体损伤行为研究(英文) Title:ResearchonTougheningBehaviorandDamageofSiliconCarbideNanowireReinforcedSiliconCarbideFiberSiliconCarbideMatrix Abstract: Siliconcarbide(SiC)fibersexhibitexcellentmechanicalproperties,suchashighstrengthandstiffness,makingthempromisingmaterialsforvarioushigh-performanceapplications.However,theirbrittlenesslimitstheirusageincertainhigh-stressenvironments.Toaddressthislimitation,researchershaveexploredusingsiliconcarbidenanowires(SiCNWs)asreinforcementstoenhancethetoughnessofSiCfibers. ThispaperaimstoinvestigatethetougheningbehavioranddamagemechanismofSiCNW-reinforcedSiCfiberswithasiliconcarbidematrix.Thestudyinvolvesanalyzingthemicrostructureandmechanicalpropertiesofthecompositematerial,aswellasobservingthedamageevolutionduringmechanicalloading. Firstly,aSiCNWsynthesismethodcapableofproducinghigh-qualitynanowiresisemployed.Thephysicalandchemicalpropertiesofthenanowiresarecharacterizedusingtechniquessuchasscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andX-raydiffraction(XRD).TheSiCNWsarethenincorporatedintotheSiCmatrixtoformSiCNW-reinforcedfibers. Subsequently,mechanicaltestingisconductedtoevaluatethemechanicalpropertiesofthecompositematerial.Tensiletestsareconductedtodeterminetheultimatestrength,modulus,andstrain-to-failureoftheSiCNW-reinforcedfibers.Additionally,flexuraltestsareperformedtoinvestigatethetoughnessenhancementprovidedbytheSiCNWs. ThemicrostructureanddamageevolutionoftheSiCNW-reinforcedfibersareanalyzedusingSEMandtransmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM).ThesetechniquesallowfortheobservationoftheSiCNWdispersionwithintheSiCmatrixandtheidentificationofthedamagemechanisms,suchasfiberpull-out,crackdeflection,andinterfacialdebonding. Furthermore,thefracturesurfacesofthematerialareexaminedusingscanningelectronmicroscopytogaininsightsintothetougheningmechanisms.ThepresenceofSiCNWsisexpectedtopromoteenergydissipationandhindercrackpropagationthroughmechanismssuchascrackbridgingandcrackbranching.
