Abstract:
Inshieldtunnelconstruction,synchronousgroutingisanessentialprocessthatensuresthestabilityanddurabilityoftunnels.Thefluidityofgroutingmaterialsplaysacrucialroleinachievinguniformandeffectiveinjection.Thispaperpresentsacomprehensivestudyonthetestmethodforthefluidityofsynchronousgroutingmaterialsandanalyzesthefactorsthataffectthefluidity.Theresearchfindingscontributetooptimizingthegroutingmaterialsandprocedures,enhancingtheefficiencyandsafetyofshieldtunnelconstruction.
1.Introduction:
Shieldtunnelinghasbecomeawidelyadoptedmethodforconstructingtunnelsinurbanareasduetoitsminimalsurfacedisruptionandimprovedconstructionefficiency.Synchronousgroutingisanindispensableprocessduringshieldtunnelconstruction,asitstabilizesthesurroundingsoilandpreventswaterinflow.Thefluidityofgroutingmaterialsiskeytoachievinguniformandeffectiveinjectionandensuringtheoverallqualityandstabilityofthetunnelstructure.Therefore,understandingthetestmethodforthefluidityofsynchronousgroutingmaterialsandidentifyingthefactorsthatinfluencefluidityisofgreatsignificance.
