Abstract:
Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofadvancedmaterialsandmanufacturingtechniqueshasbecomecrucialforvariousindustries.ThisstudyfocusesonthepreparationofPb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3-Pb(Zr,Ti)O3(PNN-PZT)ceramicsthroughthemethodofphotocurableadditivemanufacturing.TheprimaryobjectiveistoinvestigatetheelectricalpropertiesofPNN-PZTceramicsfabricatedbythistechnique.Theresearchpresentsacomprehensiveanalysisofthepreparationprocess,followedbyanevaluationoftheelectricalperformanceoftheresultingceramics.ThefindingsindicatethepotentialofphotocurableadditivemanufacturingtoproducePNN-PZTceramicswithenhancedelectricalproperties.
1.Introduction:
1.1Background:
PNN-PZTceramicshaveattractedsignificantattentionduetotheirexcellentpiezoelectricandferroelectricproperties.TheconventionalpreparationmethodsofPNN-PZTceramics,suchassolid-statereactionandsol-gel,havelimitationsintermsofcomplexstructurefabricationandhigh-costproduction.Photocurableadditivemanufacturing,apromisingtechniqueinthefieldofadditivemanufacturing,offersapotentialsolutiontothesechallenges.
1.2Objectives:
ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethefeasibilityofutilizingphotocurableadditivemanufacturingforthepreparationofPNN-PZTceramics.Furthermore,theelectricalpropertiesofthefabricatedceramicswillbeexplored,includingpiezoelectricandferroelectricperformance.
2.ExperimentalProcedure:
2.1Materials:
Therawmaterials,suchasPbO,NiO,Nb2O5,ZrO2,andTiO2,wereselectedbasedontheirindividualpropertiesandcompatibilityforPNN-PZTceramics.
2.2PreparationProcess:
Thephotocurableinkformulationwasdeveloped,consistingofamixtureofprecursorpowders,photoinitiators,andsolvent.Thisinkwasthenloadedintoa3Dprinter,andthelayersofthePNN-PZTceramicstructureswerefabricatedbyalayer-by-layercuringprocessunderUVlight.
2.3SinteringandPost-processing:
Aftertheadditivemanufacturingprocess,thegreenbodiesweresubjectedtoasinteringprocesstoachievedens
