Abstract:
Withtheincreasingdemandforefficientandreliableshippropulsionsystems,thedesignandperformanceevaluationofmarinegasturbineengineshavebecomecritical.Thispaperpresentsthedesignandvalidationofadistributedintegratedsimulationplatformfortheoverallperformanceanalysisofmarinegasturbineengines.Theplatformprovidesacomprehensiveenvironmentforsimulatingvariouscomponentsoftheengine,suchasthecompressor,combustor,turbine,andpowergenerationsystem.Thegoalofthisresearchistodevelopaversatiletoolthatcanaccuratelyevaluatetheperformanceandefficiencyofmarinegasturbineenginesundervariousoperatingconditions.
1.Introduction
Marinegasturbineengineshavegainedsignificantattentionduetotheirabilitytoprovidehighpowerdensity,lowemissions,andimprovedfuelefficiency.However,thedesignandoptimizationoftheseenginesrequirecomprehensiveanalysisofvariousparametersandtheirinteractions.Traditionalresearchmethodsofteninvolveexpensiveandtime-consumingexperimentalstudies,whichlimittheabilitytoexploreawiderangeofoperatingconditions.Therefore,thedevelopmentofasimulationplatformthatcanaccuratelypredicttheperformanceofmarinegasturbineenginesisofgreatimportance.
2.DesignoftheSimulationplatform
Thedistributedintegratedsimulationplatformformarinegasturbineenginesisdesignedtoprovideacomprehensiveenvironmentformodelingandsimulatingvariouscomponentsoftheengine.Theplatformconsistsofseveralmodules,includingthecompressormodule,thecombustormodule,theturbinemodule,andthepowergenerationmodule.Eachmoduleisdesignedtorepresentthebehaviorofthecorrespondingcomponentintheengine.
2.1Compressormodule
