表面结构化PETPA6共混纤维的制备及性能研究(英文) PreparationandPerformanceStudyofSurfaceStructuredPETPA6BlendFibers Abstract: Blendfibersarecommonlyusedinthetextileindustryduetotheirenhancedpropertiescomparedtosinglefibermaterials.Inthisstudy,surfacestructuredblendfibersofpolyethyleneterephthalate(PET)andpolyamide6(PA6)werepreparedusingameltblendingprocess.Theeffectsofblendingratioandprocessingconditionsonthemorphology,mechanicalproperties,andthermalstabilityoftheblendfiberswereinvestigated.TheresultsshowedthattheintroductionofPA6intothePETmatrixsignificantlyaffectedthepropertiesoftheblendfibers. Introduction: Blendfibersofferacombinationofpropertiesfromtheconstituentmaterials,makingthemhighlydesirableforvariousapplications.Thesurfacestructuringofblendfiberscanfurtherimprovetheirperformancebyenhancingtheirmechanicalandthermalproperties.Inthisstudy,PETandPA6werechosenastheblendcomponentsduetotheircompatibilityandcomplementaryproperties.PETiswell-knownforitsexcellentmechanicalstrengthandchemicalresistance,whilePA6exhibitssuperiorthermalstabilityandmoistureabsorption.Byblendingthesetwomaterials,itisexpectedtocreateafiberwithimprovedoverallperformance. ExperimentalProcedure: PETandPA6weremeltblendedatdifferentblendingratiosusingatwin-screwextruder.Theextrudedmeltwasthenspunintofibersthroughameltspinningprocess.Thefibersweresubsequentlydrawn,annealed,andpost-treatedtoimprovetheirmechanicalstrengthandthermalstability.Theobtainedfiberswerecharacterizedusingscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),Fourier-transforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR),differentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC),andtensiletesting. ResultsandDiscussion: TheSEMimagesrevealedthattheblendfibersexhibitedauniformandsmoothsurface,indicatinggoodcompatibilitybetweenPETandPA6.Theblendingratiohadasignificantinfluenceonthefibermorphology,asthesizeanddistributionofthesurfacestructuresvariedwithdifferentratios.FTIRanalysisconfirmedthepresenceofbothPETandPA6intheblendfibers,suggestingsuccessfulblending.
