Abstract:
Inrecentyears,permanentmagnetsynchronousmotors(PMSMs)havegainedsignificantattentionduetotheirsuperiorperformanceinvariousindustrialapplications.However,theaccuratepredictionandcontrolofthelimittorqueindeep-weakmagneticzones,consideringthetemperaturevariationofresistance,stillremainsachallenge.ThispaperaimstoaddressthisissuebyproposinganovelapproachingmethodforthelimittorqueofPMSMs.

1.Introduction
Thedeep-weakmagneticzone,occurringwhenthemotoroperatesnearmagneticsaturation,isacriticalregionforpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotors.Inthisregion,thetorqueproductionislimitedduetotheincreasednonlinearityandironcoresaturation.Accurateestimationandcontrolofthelimittorqueindeep-weakmagneticzonesarecrucialforimprovingmotorperformanceandachievingstableoperationduringhightorquedemands.
2.LiteratureReview
PreviousstudieshavefocusedonvariousapproachestoestimatethelimittorqueinPMSMs,includinganalyticalmethods,finiteelementanalysis,andexperimentalstudies.However,mostofthesemethodsneglectthetemperaturevariationofresistance,whichhasasignificantimpactonmotorperformance.Therefore,thereisaneedtodevelopanapproachthatconsidersthistemperaturedependencetoimprovetheaccuracyoflimittorqueestimation.
3.Methodology
Theproposedapproachingmethodforthelimittorqueindeep-weakmagneticzonesofPMSMsincludesthefollowingsteps:
3.1.ModelingtheTemperatureVariationofResistance
Firstly,thetemperaturevariationofresistanceismodeledbasedonthermalanalysisandthematerialpropertiesofthemotorcomponents.Thismodelallowsfortheestimationoftheresistancevalueatanyoperatingtemperature.
3.2.ParameterIdentification
Theelectricalparametersofthemotor,suchasstatorandrotorinductance,resistance,andmagnetparameters,areidentifiedatdifferentoperatingtempe
