Introduction
Intoday'sglobaleconomy,thedemandforinternationaltradeisincreasingrapidly,andChinahasemergedasasignificantplayerintheglobalmarket,includingthefurnitureindustry.ThefurnitureindustryhasbecomeanessentialpartofChina'seconomyandtrade,withsignificantgrowthovertheyears.Asaresult,manyChineseuniversitieshavestartedfocusingonthedevelopmentofbusinessEnglishmajors,withafocusonfurnitureindustry-relatedsubjects.
GanzhouisacitylocatedinthesoutheasternpartofJiangxiprovince,whichisknownforitsfurnitureindustry.Asaresult,theGanzhougovernmenthasbeeninvestingalotofresourcesinuniversitiestodeveloptheirbusinessEnglishprograms,withafocusonthefurnitureindustry.TheprimaryobjectiveofthispaperistoanalyzethecurrentstateofGanzhou'sbusinessEnglishprogramsinuniversitiesandsuggestmeasurestoenhancetheireffectiveness.
ResearchObjectives
TheresearchaimstostudyandevaluatethecurrentstateofthebusinessEnglishprograminGanzhouuniversities,analyzingthecurriculum,teachingmethodologies,andoutcomesachievedinthefurnitureindustry.Thespecificobjectivesofthispaperare:
1.TostudythebusinessEnglishprograminGanzhou'suniversitiesandanalyzethecontentofthecurriculum.
2.Toevaluatetheeffectivenessoftheprograminthedevelopmentofstudents'languageproficiency,especiallyinthefurnitureindustry.
3.Toexploreteachingmethodologiescurrentlyusedintheprogramandsuggestmeasurestomodulatetheteachingtechniquesinlinewiththeindustry'sneeds.
4.Toinvestigateanycriticalchallengesandbarriersthatmayhinderthedevelopmentoftheprogramandproposesolutionstoovercomethosechallenges.
Methodology
Thestudywilladoptaqualitativeapproachinvolvinganin-depthsurveyofGanzhou'sbusinessEnglishprogramsinuniversities.Amixed-methodsdesignwillbeappliedintheanalysisofdata.Firstly,datawillbecollectedthroughquestionnaires,interviews,andobservationofteachingpractices.ThequestionnaireswillbeconductedwithfacultymemberswhoteachbusinessEnglishcoursesinuniversities.Interviewswillbeconductedwithbusinessprofessionalsandstudentsasstakeholdersinthe
