钌负载型二氧化铈纳米棒对水中Hg(Ⅱ)的电化学检测性能研究 摘要 近年来,环境污染问题越来越引起人们的关注。其中,水是我们生命和发展的重要基础资源,但水中重金属污染已成为全球性问题。因此,建立快速、灵敏、可靠的重金属检测方法显得尤为重要。本研究以钌负载型二氧化铈纳米棒为电极,探究了其对水中Hg(Ⅱ)的电化学检测性能。实验表明,该电极具有较高的灵敏度和选择性,可实现低浓度Hg(Ⅱ)的快速检测。本研究对于水质污染检测及环境保护具有重要意义。 关键词:钌负载型二氧化铈纳米棒;电化学检测;Hg(Ⅱ);水质污染;环境保护 Introduction Heavymetalpollution,especiallythepollutionofmercury,inwaterhasbecomeaglobalprobleminrecentyears.Mercuryisatoxicheavymetalthatcanaccumulateinbiologicalorganismsandultimatelyleadtoserioushealthandenvironmentalproblems.Therefore,itiscriticaltodevelopafast,sensitive,andreliablemethodfordetectingheavymetalsinwater.Electrochemicaldetectionisapromisingapproachforheavymetaldetectionduetoitshighsensitivity,selectivity,andeasyoperation.Inthisstudy,weinvestigatetheelectrochemicaldetectionperformanceofaceriumdioxidenanorodelectrodeloadedwithrutheniumforHg(Ⅱ)detectioninwater. Experimental ThesynthesisofCeO2nanorodswasperformedusingahydrothermalmethod.TheRu/CeO2nanorodswerepreparedbyawetimpregnationmethod.TheelectrochemicaldetectionofHg(Ⅱ)wascarriedoutusingathree-electrodesystemwithareferenceelectrode,aworkingelectrode(Ru/CeO2nanorods),andacounterelectrode.Thedetectionperformanceoftheelectrodewascharacterizedbycyclicvoltammetryanddifferentialpulsevoltammetry. ResultsandDiscussion ThemorphologyandsizeoftheCeO2nanorodswereobservedusingascanningelectronmicroscopeandatransmissionelectronmicroscope.TheresultsshowedthattheCeO2nanorodshadalengthof80-100nmandawidthof20-30nm.TheRu/CeO2nanorodswereevenlydispersedonthesurfaceoftheCeO2nanorods.Theelectrochemicaldetectionperformanceoftheelectrodewasevaluatedbycyclicvoltammetryanddifferentialpulsevoltammetry.TheresultsshowedthattheRu/CeO2nanorodsexhibitedexcellentelectrocatalyticactivityforHg(Ⅱ)detection.ThepeakcurrentincreasedlinearlywiththeconcentrationofHg(Ⅱ)intherangeof1.0-100.0nM,withadetectionlimitof0.1nM.TheelectrodealsoshowedexcellentselectivityforHg(Ⅱ)detectionoverothercommonmetalions,suchasPb(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),andNi(Ⅱ).Furthermore,theelectrodeshowedgoodstabilityandreproducibi
