酸改性膨润土对左氧氟沙星的吸附研究 Title:AdsorptionStudyofAcid-ModifiedMontmorilloniteonLevofloxacin Abstract: Antibioticpollutionhasbecomeaseriousenvironmentalconcernduetoitsadverseeffectsonhumanandenvironmentalhealth.Inthisstudy,theadsorptionbehaviorofacid-modifiedmontmorilloniteonlevofloxacin,awidely-usedantibiotic,wasinvestigated.Theacidmodificationofmontmorillonitewascarriedoutusingnitricacid,whichenhanceditsadsorptioncapacity.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthattheacid-modifiedmontmorilloniteexhibitedsignificantlyimprovedadsorptionefficiencyforlevofloxacincomparedtotheunmodifiedmontmorillonite.Factorsaffectingtheadsorptionprocess,suchascontacttime,pH,initialconcentrationoflevofloxacin,andtemperature,werealsostudied.Itwasfoundthattheadsorptionprocessfollowedapseudo-secondorderkineticsmodelandcouldbedescribedbytheLangmuirisothermmodel.Thefindingsfromthisstudyprovidevaluableinsightsforthedevelopmentofeffectivestrategiestoremovelevofloxacinfromcontaminatedwatersourcesusingacid-modifiedmontmorillonite. 1.Introduction: Withthewidespreaduseofantibioticsinhumanandveterinarymedicine,antibioticpollutionhasemergedasasignificantenvironmentalissue.Levofloxacin,athird-generationfluoroquinoloneantibiotic,isextensivelyusedduetoitsbroad-spectrumactivityagainstvariousbacterialinfections.However,theinadequatetreatmentanddisposalofunusedorexpiredantibioticsresultintheirreleaseintonaturalwaterbodies,leadingtoadverseeffectsonhumanandaquaticlife.Therefore,thedevelopmentofefficientmethodsfortheremovalofantibioticsfromcontaminatedwatersourcesisofutmostimportance. 2.MaterialsandMethods: 2.1AcidmodificationofMontmorillonite: Inthisstudy,montmorillonitewasacid-modifiedusingnitricacid.Theacidtreatmentwascarriedoutbyaddingaspecificvolumeofnitricacidtoapredeterminedamountofmontmorillonite,followedbymixinganddrying.Theacid-modifiedmontmorillonitewasthencharacterizedusingX-raydiffraction(XRD)andFouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR)techniquestoconfirmthechangesinitsstructureandsurfaceproperties. 2.2Adsorption
