黄铜矿精矿在甘氨酸介质中的循环伏安及动电位极化研究(英文) CyclicVoltammetryandDynamicPolarizationStudyofBrassOreConcentrateinGlycineMedium Abstract: Inthisstudy,theelectrochemicalbehaviorofbrassoreconcentrateinglycinemediumwasinvestigatedusingcyclicvoltammetryanddynamicpolarizationtechniques.Cyclicvoltammetryexperimentswereconductedtounderstandtheredoxprocessesandsurfacereactionsoccurringduringtheelectrochemicaloxidationofbrassoreconcentrate.Thedynamicpolarizationtechniquewasusedtodeterminethecorrosionbehaviorandthekineticsofthepassivationfilmformationonthesurfaceofbrassoreconcentrate.Theresultsindicatedthatglycinemediumsignificantlyinfluencedtheelectrochemicalbehaviorofbrassoreconcentrate,leadingtotheformationofapassivationfilmontheelectrodesurface.Thecorrosionmechanismandpassivationkineticswerestudiedandanalyzedindetail. 1.Introduction: Brassoreconcentrateisavaluablesourceofcopperandzinc,whicharewidelyusedinvariousindustriesincludingelectronics,construction,andtransportation.Understandingtheelectrochemicalbehaviorofbrassoreconcentrateisessentialforoptimizingitsprocessingandextraction.Glycine,anaminoacid,isknowntoexhibitcomplexingpropertiestowardsmetalionsandcaninfluencetheelectrochemicalbehaviorofmetalsulfides.Therefore,studyingtheelectrochemicalbehaviorofbrassoreconcentrateinglycinemediumisofgreatimportance. 2.Experimental: 2.1Materials: Thebrassoreconcentrateusedinthisstudywasobtainedfromaminingindustry.Glycinewasusedasasupportingelectrolytefortheelectrochemicalexperiments.Allchemicalsusedwereofanalyticalgradeandusedwithoutfurtherpurification. 2.2CyclicVoltammetry: Cyclicvoltammetryexperimentswereperformedusingathree-electrodesetupconsistingofaworkingelectrode(brassoreconcentrate),aplatinumcounterelectrode,andasaturatedcalomelelectrodeasthereferenceelectrode.Thecyclicvoltammogramswererecordedatdifferentscanratestodeterminetheredoxprocessesoccurringduringtheelectrochemicaloxidationofbrassoreconcentrate. 2.3DynamicPolarization: Thedynamicpolarizationexperimentswerecarriedoutusingapotentiosta
