670MW火力发电机组一次调频性能分析 Abstract Theprimaryfrequencycontrolperformanceofa670MWthermalpowerunitwasanalyzedusingthedataobtainedfromreal-timesystemmeasurements.Thestudywasconductedtoevaluatetheunit'sabilitytomaintainaconstantfrequencyduringfluctuationsinloaddemand.Basedontheanalysisofthedata,itwasfoundthattheunithasaverygoodprimaryfrequencycontrolperformance,withquickresponsetime,gooddampingcharacteristicsandsmallovershoot.Theresultsofthisstudycanprovideusefulinsightsforpowersystemoperatorsinunderstandingthefrequencycontrolperformanceofthermalpowerunits. Introduction Thestabilityandreliabilityofthepowersystemdependontheabilityofthegeneratorstomaintainaconstantfrequency.Inapowersystem,frequencyfluctuationscanoccurduetovariationsinloaddemand,generatortrips,orlossofgenerationortransmissioncapacity.Astheloaddemandincreases,thefrequencydrops,andastheloaddemanddecreases,thefrequencyincreases.Hence,itisessentialtohavearobustfrequencycontrolsysteminplacetomaintainastablefrequencyandpreventpoweroutages. Primaryfrequencycontrolisthefirstlineofdefenseinmaintainingthefrequencystabilityofthepowersystem.Itistheautomaticresponseofthegeneratorstochangesinloaddemand,anditisachievedbyadjustingthepoweroutputofthegenerators.Theprimaryfrequencycontrolsystemisdesignedtoensurethatthefrequencyremainswithinapredefinedrange,typically+/-0.05Hz.Theperformanceoftheprimaryfrequencycontrolsystemiscriticalinpreventingfrequencydeviationsthatcanleadtoinstabilityinthepowersystem. Inthisstudy,weanalyzetheprimaryfrequencycontrolperformanceofa670MWthermalpowerunittoevaluateitscapabilitytomaintainastablefrequencyunderdifferentloadconditions. Methodology Thedatausedforthisstudywascollectedfromareal-timesystemmeasuringdeviceinstalledatthepowerplant.Thedevicerecordsthefrequencyofthegrid,thepoweroutputofthegenerator,andotherrelevantparameters.Thedatawascollectedforaperiodoftwomonthsandanalyzedtoevaluatetheprimaryfrequencycontrolperformanceoftheunit.
