InGaAs探测器性能与结面积和周长的关系研究 Title:StudyontheRelationshipbetweenPerformanceofInGaAsDetectorsandSurfaceAreaandPerimeter Abstract: InGaAs(IndiumGalliumArsenide)detectorshavegainedsignificantattentioninthefieldofoptoelectronicsduetotheirexcellentperformanceinnear-infraredwavelengthrange.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatetherelationshipbetweentheperformanceofInGaAsdetectorsandtheirsurfaceareaandperimeter.ByvaryingthesurfaceareaandperimeterofInGaAsdetectorsandanalyzingtheirperformance,valuableinsightsintothedesignandoptimizationofInGaAsdetectorscanbeobtained. Introduction: InGaAsdetectorsarewidelyusedinvariousapplicationssuchastelecommunications,spectroscopy,andnightvisionduetotheirhighsensitivityandrapidresponseinthenear-infrared(NIR)range.TheperformanceofInGaAsdetectors,includingresponsivity,darkcurrent,andquantumefficiency,iscrucialfortheirsuccessfulapplicationinthesefields.However,theunderstandingoftherelationshipbetweenthedetector'ssurfaceareaandperimeteranditsperformanceisstilllimited.ThisstudyaimstofillthisknowledgegapandcontributetotheoptimizationofInGaAsdetectors. Methodology: TheexperimentalsetupconsistsofacontrolledenvironmentwithavariableperimeterandsurfaceareaforInGaAsdetectors.Thesurfaceareacanbemanipulatedbyvaryingthephysicalsizeofthedetectorchip,whiletheperimetercanbeadjustedbyvaryingtheshapeofthedetector(e.g.,square,rectangular,circular).Theperformanceofeachdetectorischaracterizedthroughvarioustests,includingresponsivitymeasurement,darkcurrentmeasurement,andquantumefficiencymeasurement. ResultsandDiscussion: TheresultsindicateaclearrelationshipbetweentheperformanceofInGaAsdetectorsandtheirsurfaceareaandperimeter.Here,wediscussthefindingsforeachperformanceparameter: 1.Responsivity: Responsivityisacrucialparameterthatindicatesthedetector'ssensitivitytoincidentlight.Theresultsdemonstratethatlargersurfaceareaspositivelyinfluenceresponsivity,astheyprovidealargeractiveareaforphotonabsorption.However,therelationshipisnotlinear,asthereisanoptimumsurfaceareabeyondwhichtheresp
