Introduction:
GPS(GlobalPositioningSystem)networkshavebecomeanessentialtoolfornavigation,surveying,andmappinginvariousfields.However,ensuringthereliabilityofknownpointswithinthesenetworksiscrucialforaccuratepositioningandspatialinformationacquisition.ThispaperaimstoinvestigatethereliabilityofknownpointsinGPSnetworksbyemployingregressionanalysisasamethodofassessment.
Methods:
Regressionanalysisisastatisticaltechniqueusedtomodeltherelationshipbetweentwoormorevariables.InthecontextofGPSnetworks,regressionanalysisallowsustodeterminetheaccuracyandreliabilityofknownpointsbasedontheobserveddata.Thefollowingstepsoutlinetheapplicationofregressionanalysisforassessingthereliabilityofknownpoints:
1.DataCollection:
