ExperimentalSetupandProcedure(200words): Theexperimentwasconductedinalaboratory-scalecokeovenwitha40kgcapacity.TheShenDongcoalwasselectedastherawmaterialforpyrolysisduetoitswidespreadusageinthecokeindustry.Thecoalsamplewascrushedtoaspecificparticlesizeandloadedintothecokeoven.Thepyrolysisprocesswascarriedoutundercontrolledtemperatureandheatingrates.Thevolatilematterreleasedduringpyrolysiswascollected,andthesolidresidueproducedwasanalyzedforfixedcarboncontent.Thevolatilematterwasfurtheranalyzedtodeterminethecompositionofgases,tar,andwater. ResultsandDiscussion(600words): ThepyrolysisoftheShenDongcoalsampleresultedintheproductionofvariousgas,solid,andliquidproducts.Theanalysisofvolatilematterindicatedthepresenceofhydrogen,carbonmonoxide,methane,andothercombustiblegases.Thegascompositionvariedwithtemperatureandheatingrate,suggestingdifferentreactionpathwaysandcrackingmechanismsofthecarbonaceousmaterialswithinthecoal.Additionally,thecollectedtarexhibitedawiderangeofchemicalcomponents,includingphenols,cresols,andpolycyclicaromatichydrocarbons(PAHs).ThehighconcentrationofPAHsinthetarindicatedthepotentialenvironmentalrisksassociatedwiththeutilizationordisposalofthisby-product. Theanalysisofthesolidresiduerevealedthefixedcarboncontent,whichisacriticalparameterforcokeproduction.Thepyrolysisconditionsinfluencedthefixedcarbonyield,highlightingtheimportanceofcontrollingtemperatureandhe
