Abstract:
BMEMLCCs(BaseMetalElectrodeMultilayerCeramicCapacitors)havegainedsignificantattentioninthefieldofelectronicsduetotheirhighcapacitancedensity,smallsize,andlowcost.TheassemblyprocessofMLCCsinvolvestheuseofadhesivesfortheattachmentoftheinternalelectrodes.Traditionalorganicsolvents-basedadhesivesposeenvironmentalandsafetyconcerns.Therefore,thisresearchaimstoexplorethedevelopmentandapplicationofwater-solubleadhesivesasanalternativefortheassemblyofBMEMLCCs.Inthisstudy,thepropertiesandperformanceofwater-solubleadhesivesareevaluated,includingtheirbondstrength,electricalproperties,andstability.
1.Introduction:
BaseMetalElectrodeMultilayerCeramicCapacitors(BMEMLCCs)havebecomeessentialcomponentsinvariouselectronicdevicesduetotheircompactsizeandsuperiorelectricalperformance.ThetraditionalassemblyprocessofMLCCsinvolvestheuseoforganicsolvents-basedadhesives,whichcanposehealthandenvironmentalrisks.Thedevelopmentofwater-solubleadhesivesforMLCCassemblycanmitigatetheseconcernswhilemaintainingthefunctionalityandperformanceofMLCCs.Thisresearchfocusesoninvestigatingthepropertiesandperformanceofwater-solubleadhesivesforBMEMLCCassembly.
2.PropertiesandPerformanceofWater-SolubleAdhesives:
2.1BondStrength:Theadhesive'sbondstrengthiscrucialtoensurethereliabilityandstabilityofMLCCassembly.Thisparametercanbeassessedthroughvarioustests,suchaslapsheartests,peeltests,ortensiontests.Theresearchwillcomparethebondstrengthofwater-solubleadhesiveswithtraditionalorganicsolvent-basedadhesives.
2.2ElectricalProperties:MLCCsrequireexcellentelectricalpropertiestomeetthedemandsofelectroniccircuits.Theinfluenceofwater-solubleadhesivesontheelectricalperformanceofMLCCswillbeevaluated.Keyelectricalproperties,suchasdielectricconstant,insulationresistance,anddissipationfactor,willbecomparedtoensurethatwater-solubleadhesivesdonotcompromisetheelectricalperformanceofMLCCs.
