一种基于仿电流模式控制的开关电源 Title:AStudyonCurrent-modeControlBasedSwitchingPowerSupply Abstract: Switchingpowersupplieshavegainedsignificantpopularityduetotheirhighefficiencyandcompactsize.Inthispaper,weproposeacurrent-modecontroltechniqueforswitchingpowersupplies.Theproposedtechniqueutilizesacurrentfeedbacklooptoregulatetheoutputvoltageandimprovethedynamicresponse.Theoreticalanalysisandsimulationresultsarepresentedtodemonstratetheeffectivenessandadvantagesofthecurrent-modecontroltechnique. 1.Introduction Switchingpowersupplieshavebecomeessentialcomponentsinvariouselectronicsystemsduetotheirhighconversionefficiency.Traditionalvoltage-modecontroltechniqueshavebeenwidelyusedinswitchingpowersuppliesformanyyears.However,thesetechniquessufferfromseverallimitations,suchaspoortransientresponse,limitedbandwidth,andlownoiseimmunity.Toovercometheselimitations,current-modecontroltechniqueshavebeendeveloped. 2.Current-ModeControlTechnique Thecurrent-modecontroltechniqueoperatesontheprincipleofregulatingtheinductorcurrentinsteadoftheoutputvoltage.Itutilizesacurrentfeedbacklooptomeasuretheinductorcurrentandadjustthedutycycleofthepowerswitchaccordingly.Thisfeedbackloopimprovesthetransientresponseandstabilityoftheswitchingpowersupply.Themainadvantagesofcurrent-modecontrolincludebetternoiseimmunity,fasterresponsetime,andhigherbandwidthcomparedtovoltage-modecontrol. 3.ControllerDesign Thedesignofthecurrent-modecontrollerinvolvesselectingsuitablecompensationcomponents,suchasthecurrent-modeerroramplifierandtheslopecompensationcircuit.Thecurrent-modeerroramplifieramplifiesthedifferencebetweentheoutputandreferencecurrent,providingcontrolsignalstothepowerswitch.Theslopecompensationcircuitcompensatesforthesubharmonicoscillationthatcanoccurincurrent-modecontrol.Thedesignprocessisdiscussedindetail,consideringfactorssuchasloopstability,systembandwidth,andphasemargin. 4.SimulationandAnalysis Simulationmodelsaredevelopedtoevaluatetheperformanceoftheproposedcurrent-modecontroltechnique.Thesimulationresults
