Abstract
Piezoelectricstacksarewidelyusedinlow-temperatureenvironmentsduetotheiruniquecharacteristics.However,theinsulationofpiezoelectricstacksatlowtemperaturesposesasignificantchallenge.Thispaperproposesalow-temperaturepiezoelectricstackinsulationstructurethatcaneffectivelyreduceheatlossandmeettheinsulationrequirementsofpiezoelectricstacksinlow-temperatureenvironments.Thestructureincludesavacuuminsulationlayer,aheatinsulationlayer,andaheatconductionlayer.Theresearchresultsshowthattheproposedinsulationstructurecaneffectivelyreduceheatlossandmeettheinsulationrequirementsofpiezoelectricstacksinlow-temperatureenvironments.

Introduction
Piezoelectricstacksarewidelyusedinlow-temperatureenvironments,suchassuperconductingdevices,refrigerationequipment,andcryogenicdetectors,duetotheirexcellentperformanceatlowtemperatures.Thepiezoelectricstackiscomposedofmultiplelayersofpiezoelectricmaterialsandelectrodelayers,whichcanproducealargedeformationundertheactionoftheelectricfield.Thepiezoelectricstackconvertselectricalenergyintomechanicalenergyorviceversa.However,thelow-temperatureenvironmentoftenleadstoadecreaseintheinsulationperformanceofthepiezoelectricstack,whichaffectsitsoverallperformance.
Thetraditionalinsulationstructures,suchastheceramicbeadinsulationstructureandthefoamed-in-placeinsulationstructure,havethedisadvantagesoflowinsulationperformance,highthermalconductivity,andlargethickness.Therefore,itisnecessarytodevelopanewinsulationstructureforpiezoelectricstacksinlow-temperatureenvironments.
Inthispaper,weproposealow-temperaturepiezoelectricstackinsulationstructurethatincludesavacuuminsulationlayer,aheatinsulationlayer,andaheatconductionlayer.Theresearchresultsshowthattheproposedinsulationstructurecaneffectivelyreduceheatlossandmeettheinsulationrequirementsofpiezoelectricstacksinlow-temperatureenvironments.
