TheBeltandRoadInitiative(BRI)isasignificantstrategicplanlaunchedbytheChinesegovernment.ItaimstostrengtheneconomiccooperationandculturalexchangebetweenChinaandcountriesalongtheancientSilkRoadroutes.TheimplementationoftheBRIhasbroughtaboutnewopportunitiesandchallengesforvariousindustries,includingeducation.ThispaperfocusesontheconstructionofkeycoursesintheBusinessEnglishmajorunderthebackgroundoftheBeltandRoadInitiative.
I.ImportanceofBusinessEnglishintheContextoftheBeltandRoadInitiative
-TheBRIhasledtoanincreaseineconomicandtradeexchangesbetweenChinaandcountriesalongtheroutes,resultinginagrowingdemandforbusinessprofessionalsproficientinEnglish.
