Abstract:
Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofdomesticSystemonChip(SoC)deviceshasmadegreatprogress.WiththeincreasingcomplexityandfunctionaldiversityofSoCdevices,thesimulationandtestingtechnologyofSoCdevicesisbecomingmoreandmoreimportant.ThispaperstudiesthesimulationandtestingtechnologyofdomesticSoCdevices,analyzesthechallengesandproblemsfacedbySoCsimulationandtestingtechnology,andproposessomefeasiblesolutionsbasedoncurrentresearchanddevelopmenttrends.
Introduction:
TheSoCdesignhasbeenwidelyusedinvariousindustriesaroundtheworldinrecentyears.Asakeycomponentinmanyelectronicproducts,SoCdeviceshavegreatlyimprovedtheperformanceandstabilityofelectronicproducts.However,withtheincreasingcomplexityandfunctionaldiversityofSoCdevices,thecost,time,anddifficultyoftraditionalhardwaredebuggingandtestingareincreasing.Therefore,efficientandaccurateSoCsimulationandtestingmethodshavebecomeanimportantresearchtopicforSoCdevelopment.
ChallengesandProblems:
ThemainchallengesandproblemsfacedbySoCsimulationandtestingtechnologyareasfollows:
1.ThecomplexityofSoCsystemarchitecture.TheSoCsystemisahighlycomplexintegratedsystemcomposedofmultiplefunctionalmodules,andtheinteractionbetweenmodulesiscomplexanddiverse.Therefore,thesimulationandtestingofSoCdevicesisaverycomplexprocess.
2.ThediversityofSoCfunctions.ThefunctionsofSoCdevicesarediverseandchangeable,andtheinterfacedefinitionbetweenfunctionalmodulesisconstantlyevolving,whichmakesitdifficulttodesignandtestthehardwareandsoftwarecomponentsofthesystem.
3.ThelimitedresourcesofSoCdevices.SoCdevicesoftenhavelimitedresources,includingmemory,CPU,andpower,whichmakesitdifficulttocarryoutcomplexsimulationsandcomprehensivetesting.
Solutions:
TosolvethechallengesandproblemsfacedbySoCsimulationandtestingtechnology,thefollowingsolutionsareproposed:
1.EstablishacomprehensiveandefficientSoCsimulationandtestingtechnologysystem.ThissystemshouldincludeanSoCsimulationandtestenvironment,anSoCtestlibrary,anSoCtestframework,anddebuggingandanalysistoolsth
