Introduction:
Next-GenerationNetworks(NGNs)haverevolutionizedthetelecommunicationsindustrybyprovidingenhancedandinnovativeservicestocustomers.HybridFiber-Coaxial(HFC)networks,whichcombineopticalfiberandcoaxialcabletechnologies,havebeenwidelydeployedbycableoperatorsworldwide.ThispaperexplorestheapplicationofNGNservicesonHFCnetworksandhowtheyenableseamlessconnectivity,high-speeddatatransmission,andadiverserangeofmultimediaservices.
1.NGNandHFCNetworks:
