UHMWPE炭黑抗静电复合材料的研究 Title:ResearchonUHMWPE/CarbonBlackAntistaticCompositeMaterials Abstract: Ultrahighmolecularweightpolyethylene(UHMWPE)isastate-of-the-artengineeringplasticwithexcellentmechanicalpropertiesandhighwearresistance.However,itlackselectricalconductivityandissusceptibletostaticelectricitybuildup.Thiscanleadtonumerousissues,suchasdustadhesion,electricaldischargehazards,andreducedservicelife.Toaddressthesechallenges,thedevelopmentofUHMWPE/carbonblackantistaticcompositematerialshasgainedsignificantinterest.ThisresearchpaperaimstoprovideanoverviewofrecentadvancementsandthepotentialapplicationsofUHMWPE/carbonblackantistaticcomposites. Introduction: UHMWPEisknownforitsexceptionalmechanicalproperties,includinghighimpactstrength,lowfrictioncoefficient,andexcellentwearresistance.Itsuseextendstovariousfieldssuchasautomotive,aerospace,medicaldevices,andsportsequipment.However,staticelectricityaccumulationonUHMWPEsurfaceshindersitsperformanceandmakesitunsuitableforcertainapplications.Toovercomethislimitation,theincorporationofconductivefillers,suchascarbonblack,intoUHMWPEmatrixhasbeenexploredtodevelopantistaticUHMWPE-basedcomposites. PropertiesandEffectsofCarbonBlack: Carbonblackiswidelyusedasafillerinpolymercompositesduetoitshighelectricalconductivity.Itprovidesanetworkofconductivepathwaysthroughoutthepolymermatrix,allowingthedissipationofstaticcharges.Furthermore,carbonblackcanimprovethemechanicalpropertiesandthermalstabilityoftheUHMWPEcomposites.Theeffectofcarbonblackconcentration,particlesize,andsurfacemodificationtechniquesontheelectricalandmechanicalpropertiesofthecompositeswillbediscussed. FabricationandCharacterization: Severalfabricationtechniques,suchasmeltblending,solutioncasting,andcompressionmolding,havebeenemployedtoprepareUHMWPE/carbonblackcomposites.Theprocessingconditionsandtheirinfluenceonthecompositemorphologyandpropertieswillbeinvestigated.Characterizationtechniques,includingscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),Fourier-transforminfraredspectroscopy(FTI
