Introduction:
NortheastChina,comprisingtheprovincesofLiaoning,Jilin,andHeilongjiang,hasbeenakeyregioninChina'slarge-scaledevelopmentinitiatives.Theincreasedfocusonindustrializationandurbanizationinthenortheasthasresultedinasurgeinlabordemandwithintheregion.ThispaperaimstoprovideaneconomicanalysisoflabordemandintheprocessofNortheastChina'slarge-scaledevelopment,consideringfactorssuchasindustrialrestructuring,humancapitalrequirements,andtheimpactofgovernmentpolicies.
1.IndustrialRestructuring:
