二辊轧机轧辊感应加热模拟研究 Title:SimulationStudyofInductionHeatinginTwo-RollRollingMillRolls Abstract: Thepurposeofthispaperistosimulatetheinductionheatingprocessintherollsofatwo-rollrollingmill.Inductionheatinghasgainedsignificantattentionasamethodforheatingmetallicbodiesduetoitsfastandefficientheatingcapabilities.Inthisstudy,wewillexploretheapplicationofinductionheatingintwo-rollrollingmills,specificallyfocusingontheheatingoftherollsusingelectromagneticinduction. Introduction: Thetwo-rollrollingmillisawidelyusedindustrialequipmentinthemetalworkingindustryforreducingthethicknessofmetalsheetsorshapingthemintospecificprofiles.Therollsinthemillplayacriticalroleintherollingprocess.Traditionally,therollsareheatedusinganexternalheatsourcesuchasgasoroilfurnaces.However,theseconventionalheatingmethodshavelimitationsintermsofenergyefficiencyandheatingspeed. Inductionheating,ontheotherhand,offersamoreenergy-efficientandfasterheatingalternative.Ituseselectromagneticinductiontogenerateheatdirectlywithinthematerialbeingheated,eliminatingtheneedforphysicalcontactwithanexternalheatingmedium.Thetwo-rollrollingmilliswell-suitedforinductionheatingduetoitscompactdesignandabilitytoconfinethemagneticfieldrequiredforinduction. Methodology: Tosimulatetheinductionheatingprocessintherollsofatwo-rollrollingmill,wewilluseafiniteelementmethod(FEM)softwaresuchasCOMSOLMultiphysics.Thissoftwareallowsfortheaccuratemodelingandsimulationofelectromagneticandthermalphenomena. Thesimulationmodelwillconsistoftherolls,whichwillberepresentedascylindricalconductivebodies.TheelectromagneticfielddistributionandtheinducededdycurrentswithintherollswillbecalculatedthroughthesolutionofMaxwell'sequations.Thesimulationwillalsotakeintoaccountthethermalbehavioroftherolls,includingheatconductionandconvectiveheattransferwiththesurroundingenvironment. ResultsandDiscussion: Thesimulationresultswillprovideinsightintotheheatingbehavioroftherollsduringtheinductionheatingprocess.Parameterssuchasthecoilgeometry,frequency,andpowerinputw
