允许取送交叉和中途接单的外卖配送路径优化 Title:OptimizingFoodDeliveryRoutesforCross-PickupandMidwayPickupOrders Introduction: Thefooddeliveryindustryhaswitnessedexponentialgrowthinrecentyears,drivenbytheriseofonlineorderingplatformsandchangingconsumerpreferences.Asthedemandforfooddeliverycontinuestosoar,optimizingdeliveryroutesbecomescrucialforensuringefficientandcost-effectiveservices.Inthispaper,weaddressthechallengeofoptimizingfooddeliveryroutesforcross-pickupandmidwaypickuporders.Cross-pickupreferstocollectingmultipleordersfromdifferentrestaurantsinasingletrip,whilemidwaypickupinvolvespickingupadditionalordersonthewaytodeliveringthecurrentorder. 1.ProblemStatement: Theprimaryobjectiveofthisstudyistodeveloparoutingoptimizationalgorithmthatminimizesdeliverytimeandcostwhileaccommodatingcross-pickupandmidwaypickuporders.Theproblemcanbeformulatedasavehicleroutingproblem(VRP)withadditionalconstraintsspecifictofooddeliveryservices.Theoptimizationalgorithmshouldconsidervariousfactors,includingdistance,trafficconditions,deliverywindows,rideravailability,andorderpriorities. 2.LiteratureReview: Theexistingliteratureonrouteoptimizationindeliveryservicespredominantlyfocusesontraditionalsettingswhereordersarepickedupfromasinglerestaurantanddelivereddirectlytothecustomer.Afewrecentstudieshaveaddressedthechallengesofcross-pickupandmidwaypickup,butthereisstilllimitedresearchinthisarea.SomestudieshaveproposedheuristicormetaheuristicalgorithmstosolveVRPvariantswithadditionalconstraints,buttheirapplicationinthefooddeliverycontextisrelativelyunexplored. 3.Methodology: Toaddresstheoptimizationproblem,weproposeatwo-stepapproach.Inthefirststep,weapplyaclusteringalgorithmtogroupordersbasedonspatialproximity.Thisstephelpsidentifypotentialcross-pickupordersbyefficientlycombiningordersthatcanbepickedupfromnearbyrestaurants.Inthesecondstep,wedevelopahybridalgorithmthatcombinesmetaheuristictechniquessuchasgeneticalgorithmsorsimulatedannealingwithlocalsearchalgorithmstooptimizedeliveryroutesconsideringfactorssuc
