Foodsafetyisasignificantglobalconcern,asfoodborneillnessoutbreakscanhaveseverehealthimpactsonconsumers.Therefore,thedevelopmentofsensitiveandreliableanalyticaltechniquesforfoodtestingiscrucialforensuringthesafetyandqualityoffoodproducts.Atomicfluorescencespectrometry(AFS)isapowerfulanalyticaltoolthathasgainedpopularityinvariousfields,includingfoodtesting.Thispaperaimstoprovideanin-depthanalysisoftheapplicationofAFSinfoodtesting.
1.PrinciplesofAtomicFluorescenceSpectrometry(AFS)
